No. It counts messages and their timing: direct, channel, or thread, and whether they land during or after working hours. It doesn't show what was written.
Both. Communication Load and the trend widgets default to a team or org view. Employee Breakdown shows the same metrics by person, so a manager or admin with report access can see whether the load is spread evenly across a team.
The moment you disconnect your calendar, Scheduled Meeting Details widget will not provide data anymore. Historical data will still be visible.
