Hours show the time was spent. We show what it turns into

Every leader is asked to get more from the same teams, with or without AI. But most only see hours and activity. They don't see where time is lost, or what the work produces.

Opportunities

Each opportunity tells you what to change, then shows you the result

How it works

Built from the work itself, with nothing to set up first

The Insightful desktop app reads which apps and screens people use, in what order. People Intelligence turns that into each team's workflows and shows where time goes and what to change.

Collect

Apps and screens, never what anyone types.

Discover

Each team's workflows, from the work itself.

Show

Opportunities tied to your team's numbers.

Measure

Whether the change worked, on the same data.

We never capture work content. We see how work gets done, not what people type.

Use cases

What to improve first, from focus time to AI spend

Choose the area that matters most to your team. Each one shows where time is lost or what it turns into, and the change to make.

Operational efficiency

Where the same work gets done twice, like tickets entered in two tools, so you fix the cause and the work happens once.

Protect focus time

How meetings, chat and switching break up the day, and which stretches to protect for focused work.

Workload management

Which teams are stretched and which have room, so you rebalance the work before deadlines slip.

Workforce efficiency

Tickets closed or cases handled for the hours put in, so you see which work moves the numbers you report on. Needs your systems connected.

Capacity planning

How much more a team can take on with the people it already has, so you know before you plan the next hire.

Better ways of working

Where one team does the same work in fewer hours, and how to share their way of working with the others.

AI adoption

Which tasks AI makes faster and where it can help next, so training goes to the teams that get the most from it.

AI spend

What each AI tool adds to the work, like the same task done faster with it than without, so budget follows the tools that help.

IT spend

Which paid tools help teams get work done and which add steps, so you keep the tools that move the work.

Built for the leaders who decide

What Operations, HR, IT and Finance see, from the same data

Each leader sees the opportunities in their own area.

Find the hours before you hire
Operations leaders see where work stalls and why, so they can free hours before adding a hire.
See where your people need support
HR leaders see how each team works and where people need support, so the workload stays fair across every team.
See which tools and AI help the work
IT leaders see which tools and AI help each team get work done, and which ones slow it down.
Put spend where the work is
Finance leaders see where time and spend go in every team, so budget goes to the teams and tools that move the work.

Integrations

See what each team's hours produce

Most tools show one side of work: the time people put in, or what came out in your business systems. Insightful sees both and connects them, team by team. Anything not connected shows as not connected.

FAQ

Questions about People Intelligence

Short answers on how it works, what it reads, what it never captures and where to start.

What is People Intelligence?

Insightful People Intelligence discovers how your people work, and shows you opportunities to improve output and efficiency. Efficiency is where time is lost; output is what the time turns into. It runs on the Insightful desktop app, over the history you already have, and each opportunity comes with the evidence, the effort and the hours it gives back.

Is it people analytics or workforce intelligence?

Neither. People analytics reads HR records and surveys, and workforce intelligence often means scheduling, skills or talent data. People Intelligence reads how the work itself happens on your teams' computers. It shows how well the time is used and what it turns into, then shows the opportunities, each with the evidence behind it.

Does People Intelligence monitor individual employees?

No. People Intelligence is about improving how teams work, not watching individuals. Opportunities are about teams and departments; anything about one person goes to their manager as a conversation starter, compared with their own normal. We see how work gets done, not what people type, and we never capture message or document content or AI prompts.

How soon will we see the first opportunities?

Within 30 days of installing the app, with nothing to map or define first. If you already use Insightful, People Intelligence starts from the history you have. Start with one department, such as a busy support desk or a team rolling out AI, and act on one opportunity that's quick to try. Topics that use another system start once it's connected.

Which roles does People Intelligence cover?

People Intelligence is built for desk-based knowledge work: teams that work on a computer with the Insightful app installed. Meetings and calls away from the keyboard count too, through calendar and softphone integrations. Field, warehouse and retail-floor roles without a primary computer are outside its scope, and there is no mobile app.

How does People Intelligence handle security and AI?

People Intelligence runs on Insightful's security foundation: SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR and CCPA, with data hosted in the US or the EU. Insightful reads how work gets done, never keystrokes, message or document content, or what anyone types into an AI tool. The SOC 2 Type II report is available under NDA, and the service runs in the cloud.

What does People Intelligence cost?

People Intelligence comes with the Insights plan, which also includes Workforce Analytics. Current prices are on the pricing page. You can move part of your team to Insights and keep the rest on Analytics, and adding it turns on People Intelligence over the data you already collect.

How does People Intelligence improve team efficiency?

It shows each team where its time goes and where it's lost, measured from the work itself, such as time spent per ticket. Then it suggests specific changes, such as two focus blocks a day for a support team. Each change comes with the steps to take, and the same data shows whether it worked. Efficiency improves one change at a time.
