The AI Adoption Report tracks which AI tools are accessed, how often, and for how long. Reporting is based on active tab activity, so background extensions or content within tools aren't captured.
The AI Adoption Report uses Insightful's existing classification of AI tools, including general-purpose platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, plus -embedded tools such as SalesForce Einstein or NotionAI. Admins and managers with labeling permission can customize which apps count as AI tools for their organization.
No. The AI Adoption Report is included in every Workforce Analytics plan, available to admins and managers at no additional cost. The report lives inside Insightful's existing Reports section.
No new integration or deployment. The AI Adoption Report uses data Insightful's desktop agent already collects. Admins can customize the AI tools classification in Settings.
Admins and managers. Managers see data scoped to their assigned teams, work groups, and employees. If a manager only has access to some employees in a team, the team still appears but the data reflects their scoped employees only.
