We’re excited to announce that Workpuls has rebranded as Insightful. The new name comes on the back of a period of rapid growth during which we grew 2.5x year-over-year.

When we launched Workpuls in 2016, we had the goal of being the best employee monitoring software. With 115,000-plus daily users across 1,300 enterprises and SMBs globally, that’s a title we can confidently lay claim to in many ways.

But since we started six years ago a lot has changed. 

The world works very differently today. 

No longer are we anchored to offices, single locations of timezones. The way we work has become more agile, more dynamic and more flexible.

Where remote work used to be a perk some enjoyed, now it’s been adopted from the earliest startups to huge Fortune 500 companies. And hybrid work has quickly become the default mode for millions of people globally. 

The rapid shift in the way we work that’s picked up speed in recent years has shown us what the future of work will look like. And it’s a future for which our new brand and product are designed.

After the rebrand, our product will maintain all the functionality you love about our product. But at the same time, the Insightful will reflect the evolution of our software and vision for the future.

The new branding also recognizes the more dynamic and distributed way workplaces around the world work today. A trend that will continue to accelerate in future. 

With the rise of remote and hybrid work, we know more robust, specialized tools are needed to manage effectively – a need Insightful is designed to fulfill.

The demand for sophisticated yet easy to use software for managing in dynamic work environments is backed up in recent research we conducted. Our The State of Remote Work Report 2022 recently revealed 64% of company leaders don’t feel equipped with the remote working software tools they need to manage their teams’ productivity in remote and hybrid settings. 

The Next Evolution of Our Brand & Software

The rebrand to Insightful brings a new look identity and charts the next evolution for our company’s award-winning software.

The fresh visual identity will include a new logo, wordmark, typography, and color palette. The new name and logo more clearly represent our goal to help organizations work in a more informed way using work data insights. 

The new logo combines a wave chart with the letter “i” from Insightful to signify how our software helps organizations find signals in the noise of daily work data.

Insightful will continue to be highly effective software for employee monitoring. But the enhanced technology of Insightful will expand the company’s product offering beyond employee monitoring software, so that it provides even deeper analytics and insights. 

Insightful will help companies unlock greater operational efficiency through the power of work data. A process we refer to as “modern work intelligence”.
