
Sync Employee Meetings with Insightful
We're excited to introduce the new Google Calendar and Outlook integration! This latest enhancement makes it easier to track your meetings and understand how time is spent.
What does this mean? External meetings now sync automatically with Insightful and appear on the Activities Timeline, giving you a more complete view of employee schedules.
If an employee is idle during a meeting, that time is logged as Meeting Passive Time, which can be marked as productive and included in utilization data.
This update helps reduce manual tracking and improves reporting accuracy, giving you even more insight into daily activities.
